專案經理 PM

【職務使命】
負責醫學教育產品的規劃、研究、開發與執行，包含數位解剖、虛擬教學、臨床訓練平台與 AI 模組。整合臨床知識、技術需求與市場回饋，推動產品從概念至上市並持續優化。

【主要工作內容】
1. 產品研究與開發規劃

• 研究醫學教育、解剖、臨床流程與教育科技相關趨勢。
• 研究產品開發所需知識，包括解剖學、DICOM CT MRI、三維模型、AR VR XR 技術及 AI 教學模組。
• 分析市場需求、使用者回饋與競品，提出功能規格並撰寫 PRD。
• 擬定產品 roadmap 與年度開發計畫。

2. 專案執行與跨部門協作

• 管理進度時程、里程碑與版本。
• 與軟硬體工程、設計、內容團隊及供應商協作。
• 將臨床意見轉化為產品需求。
• 追蹤料件、採購、驗收與專案問題。

3. 技術文件與產品文件管理

• 撰寫英文規格書、手冊、測試文件及簡報等技術文件。
• 建立與維護產品資料庫。
• 協助TFDA、CE、FDA 等技術文件需求。

4. 產品展示、教育訓練與行銷支援

• 製作產品展示簡報與示範教材。
• 協助醫院、學校、經銷商示範與教育訓練。
• 協助行銷所需產品文案、簡報與示範內容。
• 參與國內外展會。

必備條件

• 醫療、生技、生科、獸醫、醫工、電機、資訊工程等相關科系畢業。
• 具研究能力並願意學習技術與產品開發。
• 良好邏輯分析與資料整理能力。
• 專案管理與跨部門協作能力。
• 良好英文閱讀與技術文件撰寫能力。
• 主動積極、具責任感、能獨立作業。

加分條件

• 具醫學教育產品、解剖桌、AR VR、醫療影像或模擬器經驗。

【Job Title】
Product Manager / Project Manager – Medical Education Solutions

【Mission】
Responsible for planning, researching, developing, and executing medical education products, including digital anatomy platforms, virtual training systems, clinical simulation tools, and AI-based teaching modules. This role integrates clinical insights, technical requirements, and market feedback to drive products from concept to launch.

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Product Research & Development Planning

• Research trends in medical education, anatomy, clinical workflows, and educational technology.
• Study knowledge required for product development, including anatomy, CT/MRI DICOM, 3D modeling, AR/VR/XR, and AI teaching modules.
• Analyze user needs, market feedback, and competitive products to define features and write PRDs.
• Develop product roadmaps and annual development plans.

2. Project Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Manage project schedules, milestones, and version releases.
• Coordinate with software, hardware, design, content teams, and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with clinical advisors to convert feedback into product requirements.
• Oversee BOM items, procurement, verification, and project issue tracking.

3. Technical & Product Documentation

• Write English technical documents, including specifications, manuals, test reports, and briefs.
• Organize product files and maintain a product knowledge base.
• Support regulatory documentation including TFDA, CE, and FDA requirements.

4. Product Demonstration, Training & Marketing Support

• Prepare product presentations, demonstrations, and training materials.
• Assist hospitals, universities, and distributors with demonstrations and training.
• Support marketing with brochures, presentations, and demo content.
• Participate in domestic and international exhibitions.

【Requirements】
Must Have

• Degree in medical, biomedical sciences, biotechnology, life sciences, veterinary medicine, biomedical engineering, electrical engineering, information engineering, or related fields.
• Strong research ability and willingness to learn development-related knowledge.
• Good logical thinking and ability to convert data into product requirements.
• Project management and cross-departmental coordination skills.
• Strong English reading and technical writing skills.
• Self-driven, proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.

Preferred

• Experience with anatomy systems, AR/VR, imaging, or simulators.
• Knowledge of CT/MRI DICOM or 3D modeling workflows.
• Experience with AI, Unity, C#, Python, or medical device-related fields.
• Experience as PM, RD, or technical documentation writer.
