專案經理 (Project Manager)

【主要工作內容】

• 獨立負責專案的規劃、執行與交付管理，涵蓋政府標案與企業客戶專案
• 與甲方進行需求訪談、規格確認與期程協商
• 制定專案時程（WBS / Gantt Chart），拆解里程碑並追蹤各階段交付進度
• 主持或參與專案內外部會議（含甲方會議、內部 Sprint Review），主導議題推進與決議產出
• 統籌前端、後端、設計與 AI 團隊的協作與資源分配，識別並解決跨部門瓶頸
• 管理專案風險，建立風險登記表並主動提出應對策略
• 負責專案文件管理：需求規格書、系統架構文件、驗收文件、結案報告等
• 掌控專案預算與工時，定期產出進度報告與管理層摘要
• 主導驗收流程，協調測試計畫與缺失修正，確保交付品質符合合約規範
• 協助團隊導入或優化專案管理流程與工具，持續提升執行效率

【必備條件】

• 2 年以上專案管理或技術 PM 經驗，具獨立帶專案能力
• 曾參與政府標案、公部門合作專案或 B2G 類型專案者優先
• 熟悉軟體開發流程（Agile / Scrum / Waterfall 皆可），能與工程團隊有效溝通
• 具備甲方溝通與需求管理經驗，能將模糊需求轉化為明確規格
• 優秀的時程掌控與多專案並行管理能力
• 熟練使用 Notion / Jira / Google Workspace 等專案管理與協作工具
• 具備良好的書面與口語表達能力，能產出結構清晰的報告與簡報

• 了解 GCP / AWS 等雲端架構基礎概念

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage project planning, execution, and delivery across government procurement contracts and enterprise client engagements
• Conduct requirements interviews, specification reviews, and timeline negotiations with clients
• Develop project plans (WBS / Gantt Charts), define milestones, and track deliverable progress across phases
• Lead or participate in internal and external meetings (client reviews, Sprint Reviews), driving agenda items and decisions
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across frontend, backend, design, and AI teams; identify and resolve bottlenecks
• Manage project risks — maintain risk registers and proactively propose mitigation strategies
• Own project documentation: requirements specs, system architecture docs, acceptance documents, and final reports
• Monitor project budgets and effort allocation; produce regular status reports and executive summaries
• Lead the acceptance process — coordinate test plans, defect resolution, and ensure deliverables meet contractual standards
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and tooling across the team

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of project management or technical PM experience with proven ability to lead projects independently
• Experience with government procurement projects, public-sector collaboration, or B2G engagements is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile / Scrum / Waterfall) and ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience in stakeholder communication and translating ambiguous requirements into clear specifications
• Strong timeline management skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Proficient with Notion / Jira / Google Workspace or similar project management and collaboration tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication — able to produce well-structured reports and presentations

Nice to Have

• Basic understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts (GCP / AWS)
• Familiarity with government procurement regulations and deliverable documentation (e.g., service proposals, mid-term / final reports)
• Experience mentoring junior PMs or project assistants
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation workflows) and ability to drive team adoption
• Basic technical background (understanding of APIs, frontend/backend architecture)
