專案經理/Project Manager

The Project Manager at Treviatech will lead and oversee complex, cross-functional ODM / JDM projects from initiation through delivery. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and hands-on execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, preferably for tier-one PC OEM and AI start-ups customers.

• 主導跨部門專案規劃與執行，確保專案如期、如質、如預算完成任務交付。 / Lead cross-functional project planning and execution to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery.
• 與客戶及內部團隊溝通協調，確保專案目標一致。 / Communicate with clients and internal teams to align project goals.
• 管理專案風險，制定應對策略。 / Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies & plan.
• 指導並培育專案團隊成員，提升團隊效能。 / Mentor and develop project team members to enhance performance.
• 使用專案管理工具進行進度追蹤與報告。 / Use project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) for tracking and preparing executive-level dashboards and reports.
• 進行專案結案回顧，提出改善建議。 / Conduct project closure reviews and suggest improvements.
