任務導向的業務開發工作
披荊斬棘的找出&解決客戶痛點、說服客戶買單，專案管理直到驗收

A mission-oriented business development task.
Proactively identify, solve, and close deals on customer pain points,
followed by complete project management through to acceptance.

※ Day-to-Day responsibilities 工作職責

• After service (20%): Liaise with manufacturers, collaborate with internal teams to provide technical solutions, and manage part/equipment specifications, costing, and quotation follow-up.

• Business Development (40%): Analyze customer process/product needs to identify and solve pain points, develop tailored solutions, and manage related costing and quotations to drive sales.

• Project Management (40%): Coordinate schedules (delivery, man-hours, maintenance) with Engineering and vendors, ensure clear communication, and manage/report project progress through final customer/engineering acceptance.

• 售後服務 (20%)：向原廠反映客戶需求，與業務及工程團隊合作為客戶尋找到適當的解決方案和技術支援，了解並確認零件/設備規格、圖面、供貨範圍、成本計算與報價追蹤。

• 業務開發 (40%)：依客戶製程與產品需求，披荊斬棘的找出&解決客戶痛點、說服客戶買單，依客戶需求提供解決方案、成本計算及報價追蹤。

• 專案管理 (40%)：與工程部&協力廠商合作，協調交期、工時、維修排程資訊，確保各方資訊同步，追蹤、維持並定期向客戶回報專案進度，直到專案/工程驗收完成。

• Excellent communication and coordination skills)
• Independent thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in English business writing and speaking
• Proficiency in Japanese business writing and speaking
• Ability to read and understand P&ID diagrams

• 積極且良好的溝通與協調能力
• 獨立思考與解決問題能力
• 熟悉Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint的使用
• 英文信件書寫能力及口語能力
• 日文信件書寫能力及口語能力
• 識別並理解P&ID圖

※ Preferred Skills加分能力

• Previous experience in chemistry, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical, electrical materials and new energy development relevant fields are preferred.

• 曾有化學、化工、製藥、電子或電池材料以及能源產業等相關工作經驗佳
