專案企劃 Account Executive

《Hello醫師》是 Hello Health Group 在台的健康媒體新創公司，尋求具有跨部門良好溝通能力，並勇於接受挑戰的夥伴一起奮鬥！

主要職務：
1.⁠ ⁠ ⁠規劃建立專案策略與執行細項，掌控專案方向與需求變動，為所有交付項目品質把關
2.⁠ ⁠使用 Google Sheet / Slides 等工具管理專案、定期回報工作進度，確實維護資訊正確性
3.⁠ ⁠跨部門溝通協調、與 Marketing/ Content/ Tech 等部門協作，確保專案進度與成效
4.⁠ ⁠具備良好簡報與溝通能力，英文書寫能力佳、口說能力中等或以上

1.英文聽說讀寫流利尤佳
2.對數位行銷產業具有熱情
3.邏輯佳，具跨領域溝通協調能力及良好簡報能力
4.自我學習能力佳、擅長資料收集分析、時間控管
5.可以獨立能力完成作業

Hello醫師 (Hello Yishi) is the health media startup of Hello Health Group in Taiwan. We are looking for a proactive and challenge-driven team member who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and is ready to grow with us!

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
2. Develop project strategies and detailed execution plans, manage project direction and changing requirements, and ensure the quality of all deliverables.
3. Project Management & Reporting
4. Use tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides to manage projects, regularly report progress, and ensure that all project information is accurate and up to date.
5. Cross-functional Collaboration
6. Coordinate and communicate effectively across departments, working closely with 7. Marketing, Content, Tech, and other teams to ensure project progress and successful outcomes.
8. Presentation & Communication
9. Demonstrate strong presentation and communication skills, with good written
10. English and intermediate or above spoken English proficiency.

Qualifications
1. Fluency in English, including listening, speaking, reading, and writing, is a plus.
2. Passion for the digital marketing industry and a strong interest in the digital media landscape.
3. Strong logical thinking, cross-functional communication and coordination skills, and excellent presentation skills.
4. Strong self-learning ability, with solid skills in information gathering, data analysis, and time management.
5. Ability to work independently and complete tasks effectively.
