我們正在尋找具備優秀圖面深化能力與工程落地思維的專案設計師 (Project Designer)。
你將扮演將創意概念轉化為實體空間的關鍵推手，負責從空間深化、法規檢討、全套施工圖繪製，到建材估算與現場施工協調的完整落地流程，確保設計細節精準實現。

We are looking for a Project Designer to bridge creative design concepts with on-site technical execution in workplace design. You will take ownership of the project delivery phase—transforming conceptual layouts into comprehensive construction documentation, coordinating with engineering consultants, managing material pricing and budgets, and resolving on-site technical interfaces to bring high-quality workspaces to life.

【你的工作內容 | What You’ll Do】

• 概念延續與施工圖繪製：

延續並推進設計概念，負責基地現勘測繪，
深化平面佈局並產出全套施工圖集與節點大樣。

• 介面整合與法規檢討：

檢討建築、裝修及消防法規，整合結構與機電空調（MEP）介面衝突，
繪製竣工圖與處理工程變更。

• 材料估算與現場協作：

執行建材詢價、樣品確認與工程預算編列；參與現場重點監工與工務會議，
排除施工衝突以確保專案精準落地。

【 Responsibilities 】

• Concept Advancement & Construction Drawings:

Advance design concepts and drive project delivery; conduct site surveys,
refine space layouts, and produce complete CD sets and architectural details.

• Technical Review & MEP Coordination:

Ensure compliance with building and fire codes;
resolve interface conflicts across structural, MEP,
and interior fit-out; draft as-built drawings and manage revisions.

• Material Pricing & Site Coordination:

Inquire material specs/pricing and assist with budgeting; conduct key
site supervision and resolve on-site technical issues to ensure alignment
between drawings and construction.

【 我們希望你具備 | What You Bring】

• 建築、室內設計或空間設計相關科系學士以上學位。
• 2–3 年以上商辦空間／商業空間之室內設計、施工圖繪製或工程經驗。
• 熟練掌握專業施工圖繪製能力、各類工法節點與建築裝修法規。
• 具備建材特性理解、詢價與基礎成本預算概念。
• 具備良好的跨部門溝通協作能力與現場問題解決能力。

*加分條件：

• 具備 BIM/3D 數位建模、元件建立或圖面碰撞檢討經驗者尤佳。
• 具備外商／跨國專案協作經驗或良好英語溝通能力者尤佳。

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or related spatial design fields.
• 2–3+ years of experience in workplace or commercial interior design, construction documentation, or site supervision.
• Professional drafting skills for CD sets, construction detailing, and relevant building regulations.
• Strong understanding of materials, basic cost estimation, and pricing management.
• Excellent cross-disciplinary communication and proactive problem-solving abilities on site.

*Nice to Have

• Experience with BIM (Revit) modeling, component creation, or clash detection is a plus.
• Experience in multinational projects or proficiency in English communication is a plus.
