自動化測試工程師 / Software Engineer (QA) - Junior to Senior

We're looking for someone who treats "quality" as an engineering problem — not by clicking through checklists, but through automation, architecture, and a genuine understanding of how systems break. You'll own test coverage across backend APIs, databases, and frontend admin interfaces, and work closely with engineers and product to raise the quality bar across the board.
This is NOT a "run tests and report bugs" role. This is a position where you proactively design testing strategies, build automation infrastructure, and give the entire team the confidence to ship. If you're used to waiting for someone to tell you what to test, we're probably not the right fit.

# Responsibilities
1. Design and maintain automation systems covering API, backend logic, and frontend admin interfaces — so every deployment ships with confidence.
2. Analyze issues, reproduce bugs, and expand coverage — not just find bugs, but understand why they happen and make sure they don't come back.
3. Build internal tools and automation workflows to eliminate repetitive work and continuously improve testing efficiency.
4. Document processes and spread best practices — quality standards shouldn't live only in your head.
5. Work closely with engineers and product teams to catch problems before users do.

# Qualifications
1. Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience in automation QA or Python development
3. Able to independently build automated tests using Python, JavaScript, Shell — not just knowing the tools, but understanding why things are designed the way they are.
4. Solid understanding of databases and backend systems — you know how data flows and how it breaks.
5. Familiarity with web frameworks such as Django or Flask.
6. Proactive, accountable, and a clear communicator — comfortable navigating fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
