資深測試開發工程師/Senior Test Development Engineer

Test Development Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable test frameworks for new product introduction (NPI) and mass production. You will serve as a technical bridge between R&D, System Integration Validation (SIV), and factory Test Engineering (TE) teams, ensuring robust test coverage, efficient debug workflows, and seamless deployment across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
•規劃模組化測試流程，涵蓋功能驗證、穩定性測試、邊界條件與異常處理/ Develop modular and reusable test flows covering functional validation, stability, boundary conditions, and exception handling.
•撰寫自動化測試程式（Python / C#），支援 EVB與整機平台/ Build and maintain automated test scripts using Python or C#, supporting EVB and full-system platforms.
•設計測試治具需求、針卡配置與測試點佈局，協助工廠端導入/ Define test fixture requirements, probe configurations, and test point layouts to support both engineering and production needs.
•與系統驗證團隊協作，確認測試項目覆蓋率、支援 bug trace 與測試環境同步/ Align with System Integration Validation teams to ensure test coverage, synchronize environments, and support root cause analysis for system-level anomalies.
•支援工廠測試程式移轉、治具調校、量產 debug 與良率分析/ Transfer test programs to production teams, assist in fixture calibration, debug production issues, and analyze yield trends.
•建立測試資料回饋機制，進行良率趨勢分析與異常分類/ Establish feedback mechanisms for test data, enabling proactive yield improvement and anomaly classification.
•撰寫 Test Plan、Test Spec、Control Plan、Debug Guide 等技術文件/ Author and maintain Test Plans, Test Specifications, Control Plans, and Debug Guides for internal and external stakeholders.
