資深產品專員／產品經理 Senior Product Specialist / Product Manager

1. 負責分子診斷產品生命週期與市場策略規劃，包含市場分析、競品調查、產品規格、開發規劃及上市策略，並持續優化產品與商業方向。
Lead molecular diagnostics product lifecycle and market strategy, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, product specification, development planning, and go-to-market strategy, with ongoing product and business optimization.

2. 負責分子診斷產品及CDMO專案管理，整合跨部門資源推動產品開發與上市時程，確保專案進度與目標達成。
Manage molecular diagnostics and CDMO projects by coordinating cross-functional teams to drive development, control timelines, and ensure successful execution and launch.

3. 擔任產品窗口，負責內外部溝通協調、產品教育訓練及技術支援，提升團隊合作與客戶滿意度。
Serve as the product owner to coordinate internal and external stakeholders, provide product training, and support technical communication.

4. 負責國內外客戶技術支援與產品演示、技術簡報、應用支援及客戶導入，並蒐集市場回饋以優化產品策略。
Provide technical support and product demonstrations for domestic and international customers. Travel overseas as required for product presentations, technical support, application assistance, and customer onboarding, while collecting market feedback to optimize product strategy.

5. 遵循品質管理系統，整合客戶回饋、產品問題分析、版本更新及改善方案，持續提升產品品質與競爭力。
Ensure compliance with the quality management system by driving customer feedback management, product issue analysis, version updates, and continuous improvement.
