資深光機整合工程師 Senior Opto-Mechanical Engineer

職位說明 :

負責高功率／高能雷射系統之精密光機設計與系統整合，包含 Mirror Mount、Optical Bench、Thermal Management、Thermal Drift Control、Vibration Isolation 等關鍵技術。
我們期待候選人不只是具備機構設計能力，更能理解機構、熱、振動與光學穩定度之間的關聯，並具備實際 Laser System 開發與 Debug 經驗。

主要職責 :

1.負責雷射系統整體 Opto-Mechanical Architecture / Mechanical Layout
2.設計高穩定度 Mirror Mount、Optical Mount、Optical Bench / Baseplate
3.進行高功率雷射 Thermal Management、Cooling Design 與 Thermal Drift Control
4.分析熱變形對 Optical Alignment / Beam Pointing Stability 的影響
5.執行 Structural / Modal / Vibration Analysis，改善 Pump、Chiller、Stage 等振動源對光學系統的影響
6.應用 Kinematic Mount、Flexure、Preload、CTE Matching / Athermal Design 提升長期穩定度
7.負責 Prototype Build、System Integration、Alignment、Test 與 Root Cause Analysis
8. Laser / Optical / Electrical 團隊共同完成系統產品化
