Overview 職位概述
You will take ownership of key export accounts and the full order cycle for household, kitchenware and plastic products, from customer inquiry, quotation and sampling to supplier negotiation, order follow-up and shipment. You are the key link between customers and factories, and you help guide junior merchandisers.

Responsibilities 工作內容

• Manage key customer accounts independently, handle inquiries and quotations, and negotiate prices and lead times with customers and suppliers.

• Take responsibility for margin and delivery performance of the accounts under your management.

• Lead OEM/ODM new product development, including materials, tooling and costing.

• Follow up on sampling and mass-production orders to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

跟進樣品開發與量產訂單,掌握生產進度、品質與交期,確保準時出貨。

• Source, evaluate and maintain suppliers and factories on price, quality and capacity.

開發與維護供應商及工廠,評估價格、品質與產能。

• Communicate with overseas customers (US/EU and others) on order changes, claims and after-sales issues.

與歐美及其他海外客戶保持溝通,處理訂單變更、客訴與售後。

• Coordinate multiple orders and projects with internal shipping and QC teams, and handle escalated issues.

管理多個訂單與專案的進度,與內部船務、品管等部門協調,並處理突發問題。

• Coach and support junior merchandisers.

指導並協助資淺的 Merchandiser。

Requirements 必要條件

• 8+ years of export merchandising or international sales experience in a trading company (export-focused, not domestic sales).

8 年以上貿易公司出口業務、Merchandiser 或國外業務經驗,以出口為主,非內銷。

• Proven experience managing key accounts, including quotation, price negotiation, order follow-up and shipment.

具備重點客戶管理經驗,熟悉報價、價格談判、訂單跟進與出貨流程。

• Strong project management and cost analysis skills.

具備專案管理與成本分析能力。

• Fluent in spoken and written English.

英文聽說讀寫流利。

• Self-motivated, resilient under pressure, organized, responsible and a good team player.

主動積極,抗壓性佳,具團隊合作精神,做事有條理、負責任。

Preferred 加分條件

• Experience in household, kitchenware or plastic injection products, or similar consumer goods such as hardware, gifts, stationery and bags.

熟悉家居用品、廚具或塑膠射出產業,或五金、禮品、文具、箱包等相近消費品。

• Experience with US/EU importers and retailers, in B2B and D2C business.

熟悉歐美進口商、零售商、B2B 與 D2C 業務。

• OEM/ODM development experience, and familiarity with metal or bamboo materials.

有 OEM/ODM 開發經驗,熟悉金屬或竹製材質。

• Familiarity with US/EU product compliance and testing requirements.

了解歐美產品法規與測試要求。

• Experience guiding or mentoring team members.
