1. Product Quality Management, tracking Station readiness, Station Qual, PQP, Control Plan, PFEMA, PPAP and TQP.
2. Deploy quality resource to execute the product quality plan.
3. Abnormality Handling by Hold, Screen, Rework with consolidated data and follow up with close loop
4. Work with cross function team on yield top hitter, a focal point to deliver action plan to customer
5. Investigation on customer complaint, work out 8D report with cross function team and timely feedback to customer
