We are the SDET team within the Product R&D Center, owning product quality across the entire delivery lifecycle — from development processes and test automation to overall product quality. We leverage Automation, CI/CD, AI Engineering, and Quality Engineering to help teams improve product quality, delivery efficiency, and system reliability.

▶ Responsibilities
As a senior individual contributor, you will own the quality of your module end-to-end — conducting test development according to the project's progress and assisting with app-related release matters.

• Design and execute test strategies across backend and frontend systems, including test plans, test cases, automation, and test reports.
• Create and execute API, UI, and Performance Testing to ensure product quality and system reliability.
• Understand product requirements, new features, and system changes, and identify potential quality risks before release.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and tools to improve test coverage, efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
• Refactor and optimize automation code with a focus on modularity, readability, reusability, and maintainability.
• Maintain and enhance the team's all-in-one testing platform and quality engineering tools.
• Integrate testing and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous and efficient validation.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other teams to identify quality risks and drive cross-functional solutions.
• Proactively identify team or product pain points and propose engineering, automation, or AI-based solutions.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-assisted testing and AI Engineering practices to improve testing efficiency and engineering productivity.
• Mentor junior SDETs and influence the team's engineering practices and quality standards.

▶ Minimum Qualifications

• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, the software development life cycle, and QA processes.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) for test automation development.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining API test automation (e.g., Pytest or equivalent frameworks).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and SQL for test data preparation and result validation.
• Experience using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins) in your daily development workflow.
• Experience applying AI tools to software development, testing, or engineering workflows.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in in-sprint testing and iterative delivery.
• Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (RD/PM) to ship features under tight timelines — driving test planning, risk communication, and release readiness end-to-end, not just executing assigned test cases and reporting results.
