【要求條件】
- 具有三年以上的軟體產品開發經驗
- 熟練掌握 Java、Python、SQL、TypeScript 等語言，並皆具備兩年以上相關實務開發經驗
- 熟悉應用程式的前後端架構，並清楚了解高併發與非同步系統架構設計
- 熟悉 RDBMS，包含資料儲存設計與各種資料庫操作，並有足夠的實務經驗
- 熟悉 git 等版本控制系統，並對 CI/CD 有實務經驗
- 熟悉 Docker系統與 Containerized programming
- 可以使用中文以及英文溝通

【Job brief】
- We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build scalable AI software solutions. You will serve as a key developer on the software team, driving the complete application lifecycle from concept to deployment.
- As a Senior Software Engineer, you will collaborate with business and application development teams to define requirements and create documentation. You will resolve complex programming and technical issues and oversee critical development tasks.
- This position offers the opportunity to be developed into a team manager based on actual performance and personal willingness.

【Responsibilities】
- Design and develop high-standard software programs to improve product quality and capabilities.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to develop innovative technologies.
- Collaborate with product managers and management teams to follow task directions and meet task requirements.
- Lead architecture and code discussions, working with the development team to solve problems and grow together.
- Work closely with product owners and management to align with project goals and meet requirements.
- Proactively lead code and architecture discussions, helping the engineering team solve problems and grow.
- Continuously learn new technologies and share research findings with team members.
- Uphold and promote company culture and core values.
- Understand team workflows and show enthusiasm for management and communication tasks.
- Maintain clear technical and product development documentation.


【Required Skills and Qualifications】
- 3+ years of experience in software product development.
- Proficient in Java, Python, SQL, and TypeScript, with at least 2 years of practical experience in each.
- Strong understanding of frontend and backend application architecture, high-concurrency systems, and asynchronous system design.
- Solid practical experience with RDBMS, including data storage design and database operations.
- Experience with version control tools such as Git, as well as practical experience with CI/CD.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerized programming.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English.

【Preferred Skills and Qualifications】
- Strong foundation in statistical analysis and mathematics.
Excellent technical debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge communication between technical and business teams.
- Strong ability to visualize or present ideas clearly for quick team understanding.
- 3+ years of practical experience in data synchronization, transfer, and dump technologies..
- Familiarity with AutoML and Edge AI architecture design and applications.
- Experience with Agentic Development methodologies.
- Practical experience integrating LLMs or AI Agents into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to automate workflows and drive team adoption.
- Domain knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing.
