2.System placement and mechanical design proposal creating .
3.System and Chassis detailed design (CAD files).
4.Generate 2D drawings for tooling suppliers prior to tooling start or mass production.
5.Collaborate with the internal product development team on material selection, part design and manufacturing feasibility.
6.Failure analysis and solution evaluation.
7.Assist shock & vibration engineer to perform the shock & vibration test.
8.Perform tolerance analysis.
9.Generate PCBA DXF.
10.Generate mechanical BOM and EC management.
11.Perform mechanical related test.
12.Generate L10/L11 Cable routing.
13.System label proposal.
