資深室內設計師 Senior Interior Designer

Position Summary

This position works collaboratively with the design team and is responsible for the design and management of corporate interior projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Meeting with clients and understanding project requirements.

Developing client briefs and space requirement programs.

Preparing test fits, space planning, and layout plans.

Creating design concepts and leading design development.

Producing detailed design and construction drawings.

Selecting materials, finishes, FF&E, and coordinating specifications.

Liaising with consultants, contractors, and vendors throughout the project.

Assisting with cost planning and budget control.

Conducting site inspections and ensuring design quality during construction.

Monitoring defect rectification and coordinating project close-out activities.

Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest design quality standards.

能與客戶進行會議及溝通，了解並確認專案需求。
整理客戶需求（Client Brief），並建立空間需求規劃（Space Requirement Program）。
執行 Test Fit、空間規劃（Space Planning）及平面配置設計。
發展設計概念（Design Concept），並主導後續設計深化（Design Development）。
製作細部設計圖及施工圖。
負責材料、飾面及 **FF&E（家具、設備與裝飾）**的選擇與相關規格協調。
在專案執行過程中，與顧問、承包商及供應商進行協調與溝通。
協助專案成本規劃及預算控制。
執行工地現場勘查／查驗，確保施工階段符合設計品質要求。
追蹤施工缺失改善，並協調專案驗收及結案相關工作。
確保專案能夠依時程、預算及高品質設計標準完成交付。
