Description
【Responsibilities】
•Manage and operate Entra ID & Active Directory forest/domain, GPO, DNS, replication, trust.
•Maintain Exchange Hybrid environment and troubleshoot mail flow / auth / connectivity issues.
•Build PowerShell automation for daily operations, monitoring, and reporting.
•Handle incidents: triage, investigation, RCA, and preventive improvement.
•Maintain operation KB / runbooks and support change management.
•Assist ISO 27001 audit and security compliance (plus).
【Required Skills】
•Solid experience with Active Directory operations.
•Experience in Exchange Hybrid management.
•Experience in M365 Enterprise environment management.
•Good PowerShell scripting ability.
•Basic SQL query skill.
•Basic network troubleshooting / packet analysis.
