Lead marketing strategy and portfolio optimization for Anscare’s established products. You will maximize ROI through data-driven campaigns, budget management, and digital/SEO initiatives. Responsibilities include strategic event coordination and process improvement to drive market share and strengthen our competitive position.

1.產品策略執行與優化：針對已上市產品定期進行分析；例如，流量監測、市場聲量與競品分析，量化行銷 ROI。 制定並執行已上市產品的長期推廣計畫；例如，維護性廣告、客戶教育訓練及品類行銷策略，強化產品競爭力。盤點現行行銷流程瓶頸，提出具體優化方案。

2.行銷預算控管：監控品牌年度行銷預算資源配置與執行進度，確保預算運用的成本效益最大化。

3.專業研討會與展會籌畫：依照Anscare年度行銷規劃，籌辦國內外醫療展覽與專業醫療研討會，並評估參展效益。

4.網站分析及優化：監測已上市產品之數位流量與關鍵數據，執行 SEO 優化與內容策略調整，提升品牌數位能見度與產品官網轉換率。
