資深硬體工程師/Senior Hardware Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to lead the design, validation, and optimization of next-generation Thunderbolt 5 (TB5) docking solutions. This role requires deep expertise in high-speed signal integrity, power delivery, and system-level integration across PC and peripheral ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:
•主導 TBT5 擴充基座的電路設計與 PCB Layout，符合 Intel TBT5 與 USB4 標準/ Lead schematic and PCB design for TBT5 docking stations, ensuring compliance with Intel TBT5 specifications and USB4 standards.
•進行高速訊號模擬與驗證，包括 PCIe、DisplayPort、USB4 等介面/ Perform signal integrity simulations and validation for PCIe, DisplayPort, and USB4 interfaces.
•與韌體、機構、散熱等跨部門團隊合作，確保設計可量產且穩定/ Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and thermal teams to deliver robust, manufacturable designs.
•建立並執行硬體驗證計畫，包括眼圖分析、EMI/EMC 測試與熱效能評估/ Define and execute hardware validation plans, including eye diagram analysis, EMI/EMC testing, and thermal profiling.
•優化 PD 3.1 電源架構，包含動態負載管理與過電流保護設計/ Optimize power delivery architecture (PD 3.1), including dynamic load management and overcurrent protection.
•撰寫設計文件、驗證報告與合規性資料/ Document design decisions, validation results, and compliance reports.
