資深專案經理 Senior Project Manager (智慧製造・數位轉型)_汐止

此職位為專業型職能（非管理職），核心任務為軟體專案交付與結案。
您將於專案成立後獨立主導專案執行，從需求與範疇確認、專案規劃、開發協調、測試驗證、上線，到客戶驗收與結案，對專案交付結果負責。
同時，您亦將參與 Pre-sales，配合業務進行客戶拜訪、方案介紹與需求訪談。此角色需具備良好的技術理解能力，能進行需求拆解、初步 Solution Planning 與 System / Data Flow 規劃，並與 Technical PM、RD 共同深化技術方案。

【工作內容】

• 獨立負責專案交付與結案：

管理 Kick-off、Scope、WBS、Schedule、開發協調、UAT、Go-live、客戶驗收及 Project Closure。

• 負責專案執行與控制：

掌握 Scope、Schedule、Risk、Issue、Change 與 Deliverables，主動排除影響交付的問題並推動專案完成。

• 參與 Pre-sales 與客戶交流：

配合業務進行方案介紹、需求訪談與初步 Solution Discussion，協助將客戶需求轉化為可執行的專案方向。

• 具備基本 Solution 與技術規劃能力：

能進行需求拆解、初步 Solution Planning、System / Data Flow 規劃及技術可行性判斷，理解 API、Database、Data Integration、Cloud / On-premise 等基本概念。

• 跨團隊協作與客戶管理：

與 RD、Technical PM、業務及客戶協作，推動問題解決、需求確認、Change Management、UAT 與驗收。

• 建立必要專案文件：

包含 Project Plan、WBS、Requirement / Specification、Issue / Risk / Change Tracking、UAT / Acceptance 等文件。

本職位不要求實際 Coding，但需能獨立分析需求與技術問題、提出初步 Solution，並對專案最終交付與結案負責。

【Requirements】

• Minimum 6 years of experience in software project management, system integration, consulting, or digital transformation projects, with proven experience in independently delivering mid to large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to own the full project delivery lifecycle, including requirement and scope management, project planning, development coordination, UAT, go-live, customer acceptance, and project closure.
• Customer-facing and pre-sales capability, with experience in customer presentations, requirement discovery, and preliminary solution discussions.
• Solid technical foundation in software systems and system integration, with the ability to perform requirement breakdown, preliminary solution planning, system/data flow design, and initial technical feasibility assessment.
• Familiar with basic concepts of API, database, data integration, cloud/on-premise environments, with exposure to IoT, AI applications, Power Platform, MES / ERP, or other enterprise systems preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing, smart manufacturing, factory systems, or digital transformation projects is preferred.
• Strong project ownership, customer communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to drive projects toward delivery, acceptance, and closure.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin, able to participate in customer presentations, technical discussions, and project communication.
