Job Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our Microsoft environment, IP phone system (PBX), hardware and network.
• Technical support to our IT/OT units.
• Carry out general IT tasks.
• IT order, asset, and license management in the context of all local IT activities.
• Implementation of local IT projects.

Your profile:

• At least 3 years of experience as an IT professional.
• Good English language skills with proven drafting ability.
• Good understanding of and experience of ITIL processes, especially with change, incident and problem management.
• Knowledge of modern Active Directory, Entra, VMware and vCenter.
• Knowledge of network technologies, TCP/IP protocol and VoIP.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11 and common client applications.
• Experience with OT will be helpful.
• Strong IT security awareness.
• Handle work and data with Integrity.
• Able to work independently.
• Very good team and communication skills.
• Proactively take responsibilities.
