Description
- 負責 IT、數位轉型及企業系統導入專案的規劃、執行與管理。
- 與製造、生產、採購、倉儲、品質、計劃等單位合作，了解需求與流程痛點。
- 分析業務流程，將使用者需求轉換為明確的系統需求與功能規格。
- 撰寫需求文件、功能規格書、開發需求說明書、會議紀錄、專案計畫與進度報告。
- 協調內部 IT 團隊、外部廠商、顧問及業務單位，確保專案如期交付。
- 管理專案範圍、時程、資源、問題、風險與需求變更。
- 支援測試、使用者驗收、教育訓練、上線準備及上線後支援。
- 能同時管理多個專案，並定期向主管或管理階層回報進度。
- 善用 AI 工具提升工作效率、文件品質、專案追蹤與溝通協調效率。
- 依專案需求至海外工廠或專案現場出差。
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Management, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, system implementation, business analysis, system analysis, or IT-related roles.
- Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
- Familiar with manufacturing processes such as MES, production, procurement, quality, warehouse, or material management.
- Experience with ERP, MES, BPM, QMS, WMS, PLM, or related enterprise systems is preferred.
- Strong system analysis, requirement gathering, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders at the same time.
- Good English writing and communication skills.
- Willing to travel approximately once every one to two months, mainly to Southeast Asia and occasionally to China.
- Basic understanding of AI concepts and willingness to use AI tools to improve work productivity.
