【About the role】
We are looking for a Web Developer & IT Operations Specialist to build and maintain the digital platforms that run our business. You will develop our website and online stores, configure and integrate our ERP, manage hosting and support colleagues with occasional IT needs. You will collaborate closely with other departments to turn changing business requirements into practical technical solutions.

【Your key responsibilities】
1. Web Development
Maintain and support the organization's core platforms, ensuring they remain functional, accessible, and up to date.

• Company Website: Maintain website content, functionality, user access, and routine updates. Coordinate technical fixes and enhancements as required.
• Shopify: Maintain store settings, product information, integrations, and routine platform configurations. Troubleshoot operational issues and support the team responsible for online sales
• ERPNext: Manage user accounts, permissions, configurations, and routine system maintenance. Support employees with basic system issues and coordinate more complex technical requirements with external developers or service providers.
• Support Wiki / Knowledge Base: Maintain the internal support wiki, ensuring documentation is organized, accurate, accessible, and regularly updated.
• System Integrations: Monitor and support connections between business systems, identifying issues and coordinating resolution when data or workflows do not function as expected.
• Internal apps and tooling: Support the development and maintenance of internal apps and tools, assist in streamlining and automating repetitive workflows.

2. IT Support and Troubleshooting

• Provide responsive technical support to employees across departments and international locations, troubleshooting common hardware, software, connectivity, and access issues.
• Set up accounts, tools and equipment for new colleagues
• Over time, help set up simple, sensible IT practices

【Qualifications】
Required:

• 2+ years building and maintaining websites or web applications in a professional setting.
• Experience supporting business software applications and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS and modern JavaScript, experience with at least one framework.
• Comfort with Git, the command line, and deploying your own work.
• Working knowledge of user account administration, access permissions, and basic IT security practices.
• Experience managing computer hardware, software installations, and IT asset inventories.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to document technical processes clearly and communicate technical information to nontechnical colleagues.
• A service-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.

Preferred:

• Experience administering or supporting ERP platforms and/or Shopify.
• Experience maintaining websites and content management systems.
• Familiarity with internal wikis, knowledge bases, and technical documentation.
• Experience with SaaS administration, system integrations, and basic automation.
• Familiarity with cloud services, identity management, endpoint management, and device security.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple offices or international locations.
