Zoho Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, and Zoho One suite.
  

• Customize Zoho CRM modules, workflows, and automations using Deluge scripting.
  

• Integrate Zoho apps with third-party platforms using APIs and Zoho Flow.
  

• Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows as per business requirements.
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
  

• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for Zoho-based solutions.
  

• Maintain data integrity, security, and performance across Zoho applications.
  

• Document development processes and user guides for internal reference.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Zoho Developer or in a similar role.
  

• Strong command of Deluge scripting and Zoho’s API integration.
  

• Hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Flow, and related apps.
  

• Experience with third-party integrations and RESTful APIs.
  

• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS is a plus.
  

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Zoho certifications (if any).
  

• Prior experience in business process automation or CRM customization.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
