Zoho Guru required to assist with automated marketing and reporting

Looking to hire a developer / administrator who is experiences with Zoho CRM/Campaigns/Books/Reports to assists with email marketing and reporting. Email marketing: Ideally this is out of Zoho Campaigns however we are opening to using mail chimp or Marketo. These will be semi complex rules based off client order data from Zoho books. Things we have in mind: Email based off sample packs sent out 1.5 weeks after purchase. Email based of order 1 month after purchase if no further orders. Emails based of order 3 months after purchase if no further orders. Reporting: Via Zoho CRM or Zoho reports, some examples or reports we have in mind. -Revenue by Customer -Revenue by location -Revenue by product -Revenue by wholesale customers -Clients who used code X -Clients who purchased X product -Clients who have not reordered in X period of time Data Cleaning: We have patches where our Woo Commerce adaptor was down and there are gaps in data. So records will have to be uploaded. You may choose to re upload our whole database and start fresh. 99% of our records should be contacts, however a lot are deemed as “accounts” by zoho as they have a business name in the address field. This needs to fixed. You may also would need to re code our adaptor so this stops happening to future records coming into the CRM. Zoho/Woo Commerce adaptor: Some of our orders contain errors that don’t make into Zoho, you will need to have experience with coding and understand how woo commerce works. We require this job to be done to a high standard, ideally you place more emphasis on the quality of your work rather than taking shortcuts and getting it done as fast as possible in order to get paid. There is a lot of work available for the right person. We would prefer to hire someone who can do all of these tasks, we prefer to deal directly with the person completing the work, no middle men.
