Zonal Credit Manager, West

About the Role

Sun King is looking for a diligent, well-organized Zonal Credit Manager to join the Risk department, driving collections efforts and processes for PAYG products in the field, while advising on how to improve customer payments and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing methodologies to improve current processes
• Suggest enhancements to processes and policies to avoid operational risks
• Present findings and recommendations via reports and presentations
• Assist in implementing audit recommendations
• Carry out periodic spot checks and report findings on identified risks
• Investigate fraud cases, including data collection and interviewing claimants
• Identify and classify potential default risk through data collection and client interaction
• Prepare field reports and documentation
• Identify and report red flags in a timely manner

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' working experience, preferably in Control and Compliance/Risk
• Strong data collection skills
• Excellent fraud detection and investigation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel (Advanced level)
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
• Previous work experience in MFI or banks is a plus
• Multilingual (English & Yoruba)
