Zonal Sales Head, Bangalore

- Executive Hiring is looking for a Female Talent as Zonal Sales Head for an FMCG, based at Bangalore.

- A female with Post Grad in Marketing from the Premiere B. Schools with 8-10 years of hardcore FMCG experience, of which at least last 2-3 years at the Zonal Leadership level, is mandatory.

KRA's:

- Ensures achievement of primary and secondary targets for the designated zone.

- Forecasts and plans sales.

- Manages inventory levels at CFA etc.

- Defines the distribution structure and ensures distribution effectiveness.

- Controls credit and ensures adherence to financial disciplines and controls.

- Creates and maintains market hygiene in territory.

- Ensures sales force effectiveness by managing, motivating and developing personnel.

- Ensures adherence to norms and discipline in the zone.

- Collects & collates market data and provides feedback to the division.

- Coordinates with other departments.
