Zonal Training Manager - North

Experience: 8-10 years in BFSI

Responsible for establishing and implementing training mechanisms for the distributors & channel partners.
Responsible for Delivery of Training programs across various locations in the assigned region for the channel partners.
Planning and implementing interventions to strengthen alignment of organizational objectives and training delivery.
Responsible for empanelment of external trainers/ agencies for conducting exams/other courses.
Develop training material and modules.

Experience of Mutual funds would be an added advantage.
