What you'll do

What will you have to do?

As the Corridor Channel Zone Manager, the mission will be to design the annual compensation system to incentivize the network of brokers, analyzing the market and the competition to optimize the offering. Likewise, to develop a national route plan to strengthen the broker community and develop new projects, services, and annual objectives that drive the channel's growth.

Some of the more specific duties of a Corridor Channel Zone Manager include:

Preparing and monitoring the business budget monthly, including expenses and forecasts for regional offices or branches, identifying deviations to apply corrective measures as needed.

Managing and resolving daily issues raised by brokers that require mediation or arbitration.

Reviewing data from the Broker Strategic Plan along with reports such as PLIMNSOL, ICEA, INADE, and INESE, so that each brokerage firm enters them into the Tagetik tool. Executing and monitoring the business plan and commitment conditions applicable to LIFE, in accordance with the agreements established under their responsibility.

Presenting the situation of new brokers after the integration of businesses, whether through brokerage firms or investment funds, in a dynamic manner.

Managing the integrating brokerage firms, including the relationship model, compensation agreement, and monitoring, in coordination with the Territory.

Communicating the channel's exclusive tools for their proper use, facilitating connectivity for office applications such as Multis and Cima.

Preparing the content and convening the Reale broker advisory council each semester as a support body to propose improvements. Developing action plans together with the Territory to address deviations in openings, management indicators, expenses, campaigns, and production.

Concluding negotiations related to new appointments to support the branch manager, as well as integrations.

Conducting deviation analysis and proposing corrective measures by the brokerage firms, in coordination with the territory.

What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals with a proven track record in the insurance sector. A minimum of 5 years of experience in positions related to the commercial and business area is required, specifically linked to the Corridor Channel nationwide.

The selected candidate must hold a university degree related to Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, or similar fields.

Nice to have

Additionally, an English level of B2 will be valued.

The key skills and competencies for successful performance in this role will be strategic vision, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive commercial networks.

Holding a Disability Certificate of 33% or higher will be valued.
