總公司/國際部/英語教學講師Teacher Trainer（長期派駐）

※此工作非補習班英語老師，隸屬公司內勤人員※

派駐地點：北越_河內
另有駐外相關津貼補助：機票來回、租屋、有薪返台假、電話費.......等

【培訓與派駐計畫】
1. 台灣培訓期：約 6 ~ 12 個月（可依居住地選擇於台北總公司、台中或高雄公司受訓）。
2. 海外派駐地：培訓期滿考核通過後，正式派駐至越南河內公司。

【Key Responsibilities】
1. Excellence in Teacher Training & Development: Formulated and delivered systematic teacher training courses and professional development workshops, effectively enhancing instructors' teaching methodologies and classroom management skills.

2. Campus Guidance & Quality Assessment: Executed academic guidance for new campus launches and conducted regular campus inspections and teacher evaluations to ensure instructional quality aligns with brand standards.

3. Educational Resource Development: Researched, developed, and optimized English teaching resources, lesson plans, and training materials across various learning stages to build a standardized academic knowledge base.

4. Academic Support: Assisted in the company’s overseas expansion strategy by traveling to the Vietnam campus to conduct front line teaching demonstrations and establish academic management systems, enabling the local team to streamline operations quickly.
