【Job Description】
This role focuses on turning manufacturing and business problems into practical data science solutions. Your work may include prediction, anomaly detection, optimization, simulation, and decision support. You will work with overseas and local business units in cement, energy, and sustainability. Together with business users, plant teams, and IT/OT teams, you will go from problem definition and model design to validation, deployment, and performance tracking. The goal is to build solutions that can run long-term and scale across sites. A background in engineering, physics, or mathematics is valued, especially when hybrid or physics-based approaches improve model explainability and transferability.

【Roles & Responsibility】
This role works closely with business users, IT/OT teams, and digital transformation teams. Main responsibilities include:
1. Work with stakeholders to define business problems, targets, metrics, and project milestones.
2. Build and validate machine learning or analytical models with clear and explainable results.
3. Deploy models into real business processes and monitor performance after deployment.
4. Continuously improve and maintain models together with IT/OT teams.
5. Follow team standards to ensure reproducible, maintainable, and scalable solutions.
