Mission:
Deliver top-notch HR services to Clients (Line managers) and Customers (employees).

Main Task:
1. Support Clients (Line managers) in effectively overseeing human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and retention strategies.
2. Work closely with senior management team to offer expert guidance to Clients on human resources management-related matters.
3. Contribute to various HR initiatives and projects, aiming to enhance the overall employee experience through positive engagement and impactful solutions.
