職缺說明｜About the Role

本職位將負責公司各類工程及商務合約之審閱、擬定與管理，協助工程專案履約管理及法律風險控管，並與各部門密切合作，確保合約執行符合公司營運需求及相關法令規範。

This role will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and managing engineering and commercial contracts, supporting contract administration and legal risk management while collaborating with internal teams to ensure contractual compliance.

主要工作內容｜What You’ll Do

工程承攬、採購發包及其他商務合約之審閱、擬定與修訂
Review, draft, and revise construction, procurement, subcontracting, and other commercial contracts.

評估合約條款及潛在法律風險，提供法律意見與修訂建議
Assess contractual terms and potential legal risks, providing legal advice and recommendations.

協助工程專案履約管理、契約變更及相關爭議處理
Support contract administration, contract variations, and dispute resolution for engineering projects.

協助處理公司法律事務、法律函文及相關文件之審查與撰擬
Assist in handling corporate legal matters and reviewing or drafting legal documents and correspondence.

與工程部、採購部及其他相關部門進行跨部門協調，提供合約及法律相關支援
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and other departments on contractual and legal matters.

建立及維護合約管理制度、標準契約範本及相關作業流程
Develop and maintain contract management procedures, standard contract templates, and related workflows.

協助外部法律顧問處理法律爭議及相關案件
Coordinate with external legal counsel on legal disputes and related matters.

必要條件｜Required Skills

法律相關科系大學以上畢業
Bachelor's degree or above in Law or a related field.

具備契約審閱、法律文件撰擬及法律風險分析能力
Ability to review contracts, draft legal documents, and assess legal risks.

熟悉民法、契約相關法規及基本商務法律實務
Knowledge of civil law, contract law, and commercial legal practices.

具備良好溝通協調、邏輯分析及問題解決能力
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
