職缺說明｜About the Role

本職位將負責公司整體營運管理與制度規劃，結合工程產業實務經驗，建立有效的管理機制與跨部門協作模式，提升組織運作效率，支持公司長期發展。
This role is responsible for overseeing business operations and developing management frameworks. Leveraging industry experience, you will strengthen organizational efficiency and support the company's long-term growth.

主要工作內容｜What You’ll Do

規劃、建立及優化公司內部管理制度與標準作業流程（SOP）。
Develop and optimize internal management policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

統籌跨部門作業協調與資源整合，確保各項營運工作順利執行。
Coordinate cross-functional operations and resources to ensure effective execution.

檢視現行營運模式，分析作業瓶頸並推動改善措施。
Evaluate existing operations, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.

建立營運績效指標與追蹤機制，定期檢視執行成果。
Establish operational performance indicators and monitor execution results.

協助落實營運策略及組織發展計畫。
Support management in implementing operational strategies and organizational development initiatives.

具備工程、營建或相關產業工作經驗，熟悉工程專案執行及相關作業流程。
Experience in engineering, construction, or related industries, with a solid understanding of project execution and operational workflows.

具備企業營運管理、制度建立及跨部門流程優化之實務經驗。
Practical experience in operations management, process standardization, and cross-functional workflow optimization.

熟悉企業營運管理相關軟體及資訊系統，具備系統應用、流程整合與優化之實務經驗。
Proficient in business management software and information systems, with practical experience in system applications, workflow integration, and process optimization.

具備組織管理、營運轉型或大型改善專案經驗者尤佳。
Experience in organizational management, operational transformation, or large-scale improvement projects is a plus
