Builds and maintains the AWS infrastructure, Terraform/Terragrunt IaC, EKS/ECS container deployments, GitLab CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability stack powering BigTime's Windows-heavy PSA SaaS platform, plus patching, SOC 2 support, and DR/IR documentation. Hybrid role based in Chicago, in office three days a week.
