Level 1 Service Desk Technician providing front-line, hands-on IT support at TEAM's Philadelphia office: resolving tickets, troubleshooting workstations, printers, phones and network issues, and handling employee onboarding/offboarding. Core stack includes Microsoft 365, Windows endpoints, Jira, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
DevSecOps Engineer
Hands-on DevSecOps engineer who embeds application security into the SDLC at a home-care company: deploying SAST, DAST, SCA, and secrets-scanning tools into GitHub CI/CD pipelines, managing vulnerabilities, and securing AWS/Azure cloud workloads to support HIPAA, SOC 2, and IPO-readiness.
Security Engineer
A hands-on Security Engineer who implements and maintains security technologies across endpoint, network, cloud, identity, data, and application environments. Day to day involves SIEM/XDR/EDR monitoring, incident response, DLP/IAM controls, vulnerability management, and security automation (PowerShell/Python) while ensuring HIPAA and SOC 2 alignment.
