Our mission is to create jobs for people with disabilities while providing eco-friendly IT solutions to businesses. Almost half of our workforce comprises individuals with disabilities, demonstrating our commitment to inclusion and social responsibility. We purchase outdated IT equipment from companies, banks, and public authorities, ensuring data is securely erased and devices are refurbished for resale. This practice extends the lifecycle of technology, conserves natural resources, and helps to reduce carbon emissions significantly. AfB is dedicated to sustainability and has received various awards, including the German Sustainability Award and recognition as Europe's Social Enterprise of the Year 2020.
