Our journey took a pivotal turn when we collaborated with our first credit union client, St. Mary's Bank. This experience ignited a deep appreciation for the mission-driven values of credit unions – their commitment to serving members and strengthening communities resonated profoundly with our own ethos. We witnessed firsthand their dedication to volunteerism and community support, which inspired us to channel our expertise towards this sector. This newfound passion led to the creation of Arkalytics, our fully-hosted data management and analytics platform specifically designed for credit unions. Our team posed a fundamental question: 'How can we advance data maturity for a credit union in a faster, cheaper, and better way?' The answer was to develop a credit union-specific data model, complemented by over 20 dashboards and reports to address the day-to-day business challenges faced by these institutions.
