At Athena, we believe mental health care should be accessible to everyone in our community. We are a community mental health clinic with locations in The Bronx, Manhattan, and Rochester, New York, providing comprehensive mental health services to adults, children, teenagers, and families. Our team of dedicated caregivers creates a welcoming, judgment-free environment where every patient feels seen and heard. We take pride in our diverse team of clinicians and staff who are passionate about improving the emotional well-being of our clients. Many of our providers are from the Bronx community, giving us deep understanding of the populations we serve. Beyond traditional therapy, we offer Intensive Outpatient services, psychiatric medication management, and telehealth options to meet people where they are. We accept Medicaid and commercial insurance, and offer a sliding fee schedule based on family size and income - because no one should be denied access to mental health care due to inability to pay. Our commitment extends beyond individual sessions; we help community members find resources for food, shelter, and other support needs.
