Day to day: owning change requests through their full lifecycle, fit-gap analysis, writing business requirements documents, testing vendor deliverables, running UAT, building reports in ActiveReportsJS and using SQL to analyse data.

A two-year contract Business Analyst role in Singapore owning all EDI and API integrations for Ben Line's LinerX liner agency system — gathering requirements, managing change requests, configuring partner connectivity, and thoroughly testing EDI functions with vendors, ports, depots and trading partners. No coding involved.
Application Support Analyst
L2 application support analyst for LinerX, Ben Line's liner agency system used by offices serving shipping lines. Day to day: triage bugs and user queries within SLAs, maintain master data and EDI flows (EDIFACT/X12), maintain ActiveReportsJS reports, and coordinate defect fixes with the third-party vendor.
