It doesn't matter if you manage a single property or a rental empire - we've got your back. Our story It all started in 2013. Beyond’s Co-founder and CTO David Kelso was renting out a spare bedroom in his San Francisco apartment to help pay the rent. There was no pricing tool for short-term rentals back then, so he'd just look at how other similar rentals were being priced, set a price, and crossed his fingers.‍ That’s when he decided to build a tool to dynamically price his listing. He rapidly cultivated a customer base of 25 listings, and within 18 months, he was providing dynamic pricing for 600 of the 3,000 short-term rental listings in his area. Beyond Pricing was born. Fast forward to today Beyond Pricing is now simply known as Beyond, and has moved from a single product to a multi-product company. We've also grown in size and scope. We have employees in several countries around the world, and have supported more than 340,000 listings in over 7,500 cities.
