About
What began as a vision to redefine the recruitment landscape has evolved into Blaze Talent, a premier boutique recruiting firm headquartered in New York City. Founded in 2022 by Will Blaze, a former talent acquisition leader at industry giants like Peloton and Meta, the company was born from a desire to create the kind of strategic partner he always wished he had while working in-house. With a deep understanding of the complexities involved in scaling high-growth technical teams, Will set out to build a firm that goes beyond transactional hiring, focusing instead on embedded partnerships and long-term success. Today, Blaze Talent stands as a trusted ally for some of the world's most innovative companies, ranging from seed-stage startups to IPO-ready enterprises. Specializing in the highly competitive fields of Artificial Intelligence, software engineering, and hardware, the firm leverages a unique blend of deep industry expertise and cutting-edge technology to identify and secure top-tier talent. By integrating seamlessly with client teams and aligning with their specific cultures and missions, Blaze Talent has successfully placed hundreds of game-changing professionals, helping to shape the future of technology one hire at a time.
