With one in five young people facing mental health challenges, our founders were inspired to bridge the existing gaps in care, ensuring that every child receives the support they need, without the barriers of long waitlists or complicated bureaucracy. Initially rooted in personal experiences and professional insights, Cartwheel was designed to provide tailor-made mental health services directly within schools, where students spend most of their time. By partnering with K-12 school districts, Cartwheel delivers evidence-based mental health care efficiently and effectively. Our approach includes individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, and parent guidance, all aimed at creating an environment where students can thrive both academically and emotionally.
