This created systemic data silos, obscured true costs, and prevented optimization. On a mission to bring transparency and efficiency to the cost of patient care, Casechek built a platform to create a smarter, more streamlined implant supply chain that puts control back into the hands of the hospital. By bridging the technological gap between healthcare providers and the complex implant vendor ecosystem, the company automates the entire workflow, from procurement to payment. Casechek's methodology is rooted in Lean principles and Total Quality Management, embedding its solutions directly into hospital and vendor ecosystems, including critical EHR and ERP systems.
