Code Red Recruitment

About

Code Red Recruitment is a specialist staffing agency that has been connecting exceptional talent with great companies since 2015. What started as a local South African recruitment firm has expanded its presence across South Africa, Dubai, and the African continent, establishing itself as a trusted partner in the staffing industry. The company specializes in multiple sectors including IT, Telecoms, Sales, Finance, Engineering, Construction, and FMCG. Their expertise is demonstrated through impactful client engagements: they facilitated the first SAP HANA implementation in South Africa for a major retail client, and helped a Durban-based call centre grow from 3,500 to 8,000 employees within just two years. Code Red Recruitment has become a preferred supplier for ISPs, telecoms companies, and office automation specialists, building a reputation for finding scarce skills in the fourth industrial revolution era.
