Unlike traditional agencies or staffing partners, we give you full control of the hiring process, from the initial contact to the final offer. By enabling you to post jobs and source from over 60,000 candidates, we help reduce your time-to-hire to an average of 2-3 weeks. Posting jobs and reaching out to candidates is free on Djinni. We only charge a one-time Success Fee if you make a successful hire. Our mission is to provide a platform where the best specialists can be found. We cater to a market where good specialists are scarce and need to be actively sought after. Many professionals are open to considering interesting job offers but aren't actively searching because they are generally satisfied with their current roles. We created Djinni for them, allowing anonymous job offer reception without publicizing their job search.
