Effective School Solutions (ESS) is dedicated to addressing the mental health needs of students within K-12 education systems. We specialize in in-person mental health and behavioral support programs that target high-risk students, helping them reach their full potential. Through a focused approach, we specifically cater to the 3-5% of students facing the most intensive emotional, mental health, and behavioral challenges. Our model is research-based and backed by data, demonstrating success rates that highlight the effectiveness of our interventions. At ESS, we believe that the best form of care is delivered within the school environment, seamlessly integrated into the students’ daily lives. Our programs are designed to provide equitable access to care, ensuring all students can thrive emotionally and academically. We aim to enhance student well-being, boost academic performance, and foster a positive school culture. Our work has been impactful, with statistics revealing that 95% of ESS students are prevented from out-of-district placements, as well as significant improvements in GPA, reduced absenteeism, and decreased suspensions.
