Part-time, fractional CISO to build and run Empirical's internal security program: run a gap assessment, draft policies and incident response plans, harden Google Workspace/MDM/MFA, prep for client audits and questionnaires, and phase a roadmap toward SOC 2. Fully remote, open only to candidates based in Latin America.
EXP - AI Software Engineer
Remote LATAM engineer (via Empirical's staff augmentation) who becomes technical owner of a luxury travel client's internal operating platform centered on Quickbase — mapping, maintaining and improving it while building automations, integrations, dashboards, web tools and selective AI features. Starts part-time; uses Python/JS/TS/PHP, REST APIs and LLM APIs.
OB - Lead AI Engineer
Lead engineer who builds and governs an AI-agent-driven development pipeline for a client: owning conventions, verification gates, agent identity and autonomy tiers, containment, and measurement so AI-generated code is safe to merge.
