This union allowed the company to broaden its service offerings, particularly in private duty nursing, and solidify its position as a market leader. In 2022, the company unified its portfolio of brands under the new name 'Family Tree Private Care,' reflecting its comprehensive approach to health and wellness. Today, Family Tree Private Care stands as a premier provider of concierge-level care, serving families across Texas and Colorado with offices in Houston, Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Denver, and Boulder. The company offers a holistic suite of services that goes beyond traditional caregiving to include private nursing and professional care management. In January 2025, Family Tree Private Care was acquired by Choice Health at Home, marking a new chapter in its journey to transform the aging experience on a larger scale while maintaining the personalized, high-touch care that has defined its legacy.
