Five to Nine is a Black women-owned software company dedicated to enhancing the program and event management experience for employee experience leaders. Founded by former people leaders, Jasmine Shells and Denise Umubyeyi, the company was born out of firsthand experience with the complexities and inefficiencies of managing workplace events and programs. Their mission is to foster workplaces where every individual feels a sense of belonging by enabling organizations to execute impactful programming seamlessly. The Five to Nine platform offers a comprehensive solution for creating, managing, and evaluating both virtual and in-person internal programs. This includes everything from Employee Resource Group (ERG) events and manager training sessions to company-wide meetings and socials. The platform is designed to streamline workflows, automate administrative tasks, and provide robust analytics and feedback mechanisms. By integrating with existing tools like Slack, Google Calendar, and Outlook, Five to Nine centralizes event management and data collection. This allows HR teams and event organizers to measure employee participation, gather feedback, and understand the return on investment (ROI) of their engagement initiatives.
